Jump Rope for Heart (The Kids Heart Challenge) is a fun and exciting event where  students learn about their heart while helping others by raising money for the American Heart Association. Each year in the month of February, East Robertson participates in this event to raise money for a worthy cause. The students participate in the gym by jumping rope, skipping, running, or practicing basketball skills.

They also learn the
importance of developing heart-healthy habits, that being physically active can be fun and that raising funds to support cardiovascular research and education helps saves lives in their community.
