ERES donates to Penderlea Elementary SchoolEast Robertson Elementary School, PTO, and community donated school supplies to Penderlea Elementary School (North Carolina) recently as the school was affected by hurricane Florence. The school has a close connection with one of our own teachers, Mrs. Brittany Flippo, who attened college in the town where the school is located. Mrs. Flippo had been in contact with a collegue who teaches at the school and that's when she decided to get ERES involved to help others following the hurricane. The students were asked to bring in school supplies or items the elementary school might use to replace those that were misplaced by the hurricane. The PTO and community joined in to help, placing a box for donations at the East Robertson High School football game. In all, ERES shipped over ten boxes of supplies to Penderlea Elementary School.

Pictured, are some of the students who donated, as there were some not available for the picture. ERES would like to thank everyone who donated and helped with our project. We are proud to help others and take pride in being a community who cares.
